ABOUT allison:

There is an endless list of reasons for not working out when you are pregnant or a new mom: you’re running on 30 min of sleep, baby is shrieking, you don’t have enough time to get to the gym and then shower before naptime is over.  Sound familiar?  Allison Kimmel is here to get you back on track. She is a classically trained ballet dancer; so long, lean bodies are her forte. She creates exercise routines based on functional activities.  She’ll use her dancer’s discipline to whip you into shape, while cracking you up in the process (she is absolutely hilarious and really makes working out fun). She will help you learn how to squeeze in a session whenever your schedule will allow—be it core moves during tummy time or squats at the changing table. Allison will make sure you’re learning moves that you enjoy doing, because let’s face it—if you despise doing something, you’ll never stick with it. She’ll help you be in the best shape of your life when you transition into your new role as a parent.
