Our experts are selected based on clinical excellence and empathy. Coaches are tested for their ability to provide evidence based information objectively from a variety of clinical backgrounds. They are also evaluated on their ability to relate to clients. Most of our providers have Master's degrees (or higher!) with additional certifications to complement and enhance their skill sets. All coaches have significant experience in working with individuals and couples in fertility, pregnancy or parenthood.

Preconceive Fertility Coaches are required to be Registered Nurses (RN) with at least 3 years of experience working in fertility clinics and centers for reproductive medicine. Our Fertility Coaches have significant experience in providing clinical support and education in IVF, IUI, egg donation, egg freezing, sperm donation, and surrogacy, to single moms, single dads, heterosexual couples and LGBT couples. Their clinical knowledge and experience will provide you with the most objective support and detailed instruction you need to make the best decision for you.
Preconceive Pregnancy Coaches have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as Registered Nurses (RN), Nurse Practitioners (NP or WHNP), or Certified Nurse - Midwives (CNM) in a variety of clinical settings including prenatal care, obstetric care, labor & delivery and postpartum care. Some Preconceive Pregnancy Coaches have doula certification to complement their nursing training. Preconceive Pregnancy Coaches bring evidence based knowledge to the table along with their clinical experiences in working with women and new babies. Pregnancy Coaches understand the full spectrum of pregnancy and postpartum health, and will provide you with the trustworthy, evidence based and relatable support you seek.
Newborn care :
Preconceive Newborn Coaches have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as Pediatric Nurses (RN) or Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (PNP) in a variety of clinical settings including labor & delivery floors, NICUs, well-baby nurseries and pediatric clinics. All Preconceive Newborn Care Coaches are well versed in newborn care and infant and child development. Preconceive Newborn Care Coaches are selected based on their ability to be team-players, and to educate and empower new parents in making the best decisions. Working with Preconceive Newborn Care Coaches leaves more room for quality bonding time with your new baby.
Preconceive Adoption Coaches are Social Workers (MSWs), Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in working with heterosexual and LGBT couples, as well as single moms and dads, and those who may have explored fertility treatments. All Adoption Coaches have experience providing support to people across all stages, from beginning to explore adoption all the way through ensuring everything is in place to bring a child home. Our coaches will get you pointed in the right direction for growing your family.
Preconceive Breastfeeding Coaches have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Registered Nurses (RN) or Nurse Practitioners (NP) with additional training and extensive experience as a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) or Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC). Preconceive Breastfeeding Coaches provide evidence based support to fit families' needs and ensure new families are on a consistent plan that works for them. A combined nursing and lactation background allows our Breastfeeding Coaches to provide the best evidence based support for your baby's feeding needs and your lifestyle. That means 100% support no matter how you choose to feed your baby - breast milk, formula or a combo of each. No judgements here. Our Breastfeeding Coaches' goals revolve around getting your baby fed, in the most empowering, respectful and supportive way.
Infant CPR & Safety Coaches
Preconceive CPR Coaches are certified by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross to teach Infant and Pediatric CPR. Preconceive CPR Coaches are evaluated on their ability to engage their audience while teaching these life saving techniques. Appointments are conducted in your home or office - parents, nannies, grandparents are all welcome to join.
Preconceive Emotional Support Coaches are Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Doctors of Psychology (PsyD), or PhD's in Clinical Psychology (PhD) with a minimum of 3 years working with clients in clinical settings or clinical private practice. Preconceive Emotional Support Coaches are esteemed professionals with significant background in providing private counseling and coaching to singles and couples during the spectrum of family building stages. Their experience in working in a clinical setting allows them to bring evidence based practices, skill and techniques to coach Preconceive clients. Whether you are beginning to plan, doing fertility treatments, currently pregnant or a new parent, all coaching is objective and supportive to get you to the most empowered place in your family building journey.
PERINATAL FITNESS & Personal Training:
Preconceive Fitness Coaches are Fitness Trainers with Certification in Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness. Preconceive Fitness Coaches have a minimum of 2 years of training women prenatally and postnatally. Some Preconceive Fitness Coaches are also Certified Yoga Instructors with experience working with women in pre- and postnatal stages. Whether you want to build strength, improve flexibility, or have a gentle recovery, Preconceive Fitness Coaches are here to bring you the safest work out routines for your changing needs.
Preconceive Genetics Coaches are Certified Genetic Counselors with a Masters in Science in Genetics (MS) at minimum. Preconceive Genetics Coaches have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing support and education to individuals and couples in fertility, pregnancy and prenatal genetics education. Preconceive Genetics Coaches are chosen based on their understanding of scientific evidence, as well as their experience in delivering fertility, pregnancy and prenatal genetics education. Preconceive Nutrition Coaches are Registered Dietitians (RD) or Clinical Nutrition Consultants (CNC) with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. Many Preconceive Nutrition Coaches are also Certified Dietitians or Nutritionists (CDN) or have their Master's in Science in Nutrition (MS). Preconceive Nutrition Coaches are chosen on their knowledge and experience in providing clients with nutritional tools during fertility, pregnancy and parenthood. Nutrition Coaches are here to assist women (and men!) seeking to improve their fertility, pregnancy and postpartum health.
Preconceive Sleep Coaches are Certified Pediatric Behavioral Sleep Coaches, Behavioral Sleep Coaches, or PhD's with background in sleep counseling. All Sleep Coaches are required to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in coaching and counseling sleep behaviors, with a focus on infant and child development. Our coaches will work with your parenting goals to provide clients objective support and bedtime solutions.
