About Erica:

Erica Hankinson has a passion for fertility and infant nutrition, and all the steps in between. She is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters of Science and is a Certified Lactation Counselor. Being a support to women during this, often overwhelming, time and a source for evidence based nutrition science is the hallmark of Erica’s approach. In addition to choosing the best foods to nourish yourself and your child, Erica will coach on establishing beneficial feeding dynamics that can set up a positive relationship with food for you and your child, decreasing the development of negative food behaviors.
