How many times have you asked yourself, “should I be eating this?” When you’re pregnant or trying, the diet do’s-and-don’ts lists can be super daunting. Jess Cording has a refreshing perspective—that healthy eating should keep you sane, NOT stress you out. She is a registered dietician with a Master’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition from NYU. Whether you’re looking for guidance pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy, or post-partum, Jess can offer evidence-based advice, such as nutritional considerations for infertility, weight management, healthy meal prep and shopping lists. She believes in gentle coaching—helping you to experience a sense of balance and wellness through positive guidance and direction. When she’s not working, she’s often practicing yoga and finding her own sense of balance.
