Jo Bartell, a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in clinical nutrition and dietetics, is dedicated to helping her clients feel less nervous and stressed out about their food choices. She keeps things simple and breaks down options day by day, helping to make food a rewarding, rather than a stressful, part of life. She loves watching her clients have their light bulb moment—when they finally see change and realize that they can get their weight and health under control. Jo believes that food infiltrates our entire lives and is a passionate foodie herself (she even has a horse named Taco). She will help you start exactly where you are and will help motivate you to eat well day after day.
