Sarah Rueven is a nutritionist with a Masters in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from NYU who can help you find a simple and confident approach to your health. She loves working with women during the prenatal to postnatal period, answering all of their questions and empowering them to take control of their own health. She will get to know your habits and will start with your current diet to help you build on it to add nutrients that you need during this important time. Sarah will support you in your efforts to reinforce good habits, hold you accountable if needed, and be your cheerleader for success. Her goal is to help you be your best self each day.
