Any medical records, files, documentation, or personal medical information received by Preconceive will be refused and/or destroyed. Any medical information or personal information you share verbally with any independent contractor of Preconceive during your participation of a Service (e.g., the “Education Class” and/or “One-on-One”) will not be retained, stored, transcribed, or transmitted by Preconceive.

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (i) permitted or required by law; (ii) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or (iii) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

We may disclose your information to third parties in connection with the provision of our Service or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Our Services are intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older.
